The Website is only intended for use by customers resident in the U.K. We do not accept orders from any customers outside of the U.K.
Do not place and order with us unless:
- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
(b) You have the necessary permission and authority to enter into this Contract;
(c) You are at least 18 years old;
(d) You are a resident in the U.K (Mainland Only);
Important Information
Although we organise for despatch and delivery of goods to occur within a certain time frame, we strongly advise that the hiring of various trade persons is not completed until the goods have arrived at the destination, in satisfactory condition. Though we have an extremely high delivery success rate, occasionally, due to matters out of our control, such as poor handling in transit, or extreme weather conditions, delivery of the complete order in satisfactory condition, may not be possible on the initial agreed date. We cannot be held responsible for any fees or losses caused by a delayed delivery. In instances when a consignment has been delayed, we always aim to deliver goods in reasonable time-frame. In the unlikely case that a delay in delivery does occur, we will of course give the order our utmost attention and attempt to resolve any problems in the shortest period of time possible.

Basis of the Sale
These Conditions shall be incorporated into each and every Contract made between us and you and shall apply to the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms or conditions ,put forward by you, whether oral or written (including any conditions you purport to apply), or which are implied by customs, practice, or law.
We have taken reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products through the Website, please note that:
Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on the Website;
All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT.
The dimensions, images, drawings and capacities shown on the Website are approximate only and images are exclusively for illustration purposes only;
Whilst we try to display the colours of products accurately, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery; and we suggest you request samples before placing an order to see a trye reflection of the colour or design.
All Goods shown are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Goods you have ordered are not available. We may offer to supply you with alternative products of equal or higher quality and value (which you will be free to accept or decline). If you do not wish to accept these alternative products, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Price Policy

We try to make sure all prices on our website are accurate but sometimes errors might occur.
Should there be an error in the price of online items ordered we will inform you as soon as we possibly can. You then have the choice of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
If we cannot contact you, we will then treat your order as cancelled. If you cancel but have already paid for your items, you will get a full refund.
Delivery
We engage the use of a third party courier for delivery. Terms and conditions are specific to each courier.
Though Spoke Interior work very hard to ensure our customers receive the best service from external courier services, Spoke Interior cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur as part of an external courier service. It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarise him/herself with the terms and conditions of each service prior to selecting a delivery option.
Depending on the products purchased deliveries will be made, by one man only, please email or call to confirm if you need to clarify. Our standard delivery service is to the nearest ground floor access point, for health and safety reasons.
All goods must be inspected for damage or shortfall on delivery in the presence of the delivery driver. Any loss or damage must be clearly written on the delivery note and we must be informed via electronic mail within 1 working day of receipt (for avoidance of doubt, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days). No claims for loss or damage can be made after this. Upon signing, the Customer will become responsible for the goods and any subsequent loss, damage or destruction of the goods. The delivery note is a legal document and is the only admissible proof that delivery has been made to you without any loss or damage.
Should a customer not be at the delivery address therefore the delivery deemed unsuccessful on the scheduled delivery date, the customer is liable for any costs relating to redelivery of the items - which can mean that a subsequent delivery charge will need to be added to the order and paid for. Please note, whereby a 'Free Delivery' promotion is valid - this is only applicable to the first delivery attempt, and subsequent attempts will be charged at the full rate.
Ordering
When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, which will contain the details of your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order will be accepted by us when we confirm the goods are available and we can arrange delivery, at which point the Contract between us will be formed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarize him/herself with the terms and conditions of each service prior to selecting a delivery option.
Please note you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. If attempting to cancel your order after the 24 hour period, this may be denied due to the logistical element of the order, this is decided at our discretion. If the cancelation has been accepted, this will incur a 25% restocking fee of the full order.
Please note you cannot cancel an order after goods have been dispatched. If attempting to cancel your order after dispatch, you are liable to pay delivery and return carriage fees.
Please note you cannot cancel an order during the weekend due to our National Sales office being closed.
We recommend that you make arrangements for trades people to carry out any required work on your behalf only after you have received the goods and have checked they are in perfect condition.
We reserve the right not to accept your order for reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
- The Goods you ordered being unavailable from stock,
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment,
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Conditions.
